Jackie Weight Champion Spice Blends - Beef Rub #1


An award winning blend of spices that bring a rich flavour to beef; it's a great competition Brisket Rub with a good depth of flavour.


Suggestions:  A great Competition Brisket Rub, apply liberally to larger cuts of meat and roast joints and leave to marinate in the fridge, for 1 hour or overnight if possible. 

Other uses:  Use as a spice mix for burgers or meatballs at 1-2 tablespoons per 250g mince.  Also great on pork and game.


Ingredients: Brown Sugar, Sea Salt, Smoked Paprika, Black Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Lemon Peel, Cumin, Chilli, Coffee, Cayenne
